eat2go FOOD-port Help


If you are using Microsoft® Internet Explorer©, or Netscape® Navigator©, pressing the F11 key will enable/disable full screen view. Try it, you may like it. This portal has completed compatibility tests and is certified to operate with Netscape V7. If you are having difficulties using Netscape, download the latest version. This portal is best experienced in 1024 x 768 screen resolution.

    FOOD-Port is certified with America Online 8.xx,

Internet Explorer© 6.xx or above,

Netscape® Navigator© 7.xx or above, 
and Opera® 7 and above.

If, for some reason, you are unable to see "View/Pay Check Option", in FOOD-port, select "View", then "Text Size", and choose the appropriate size, within your browser.

If you are able to enter the portal, but it is not responding or partially responding to your commands, make sure you enable cookies as they are sometimes called or stamps as they are sometimes called in your browser, and enable JavaScripting. Click here for instructions.

1 To start using eat2go FOOD-port, provide the type of order and either the name that will appear on the order, or your customer id code. If you have registered, one has been assigned to you. Once entered, the name on the order or the name provided during registration will serve as the identification of your order. Don't be concerned, if you have a common name, since your order will also be identified uniquely by additional numerical information generated by eat2go FOOD-port.

2 Throughout the ordering process, while visible, feel free to choose the category of foods on the left panel. Once ordering an item, make sure you complete the order by following all the generated prompts. Then proceed to order the next item.

3 You may at any time, if the option is available, view what you have ordered by clicking on the appropriate selection on the top panel.
